    related to volume

    Q. Why the volume of a cone is 1/3 of a cylinder? Pls. give me the mathematical proof.

    Note that deriving the formula for any figure that does not consist entirely of straight sides (two dimensions) or flat faces (3 dimensions) will require using Calculus. Even the formula for the area of a circle requires limits.
