    circumference of the circle

    this one is hard..

    find the circumference of the circle circumscribing a rectangle with sides 8 and 6 m respectively

    1. Draw a sketch.

    2. The diameter of the circle is a diagonal of the rectangle.

    3. Use Pythagorean theorem to calculate the length of the diagonal.

    4. Calculate the circumference c of the circle: c = 2 \pi r
