Proofs
This is an example problem, but I would like to understand how to go about figuring it out for an up and coming test. Anyone willing to help? My mind is just boggled for some reason. I'm lost. So lost.

The question is, how to i fill out the blanks? I'm not sure how to go about this problem. I've been trying to find someone to help me for four hours now. :/

I'd be able to help, but what are we trying to prove here? Usually there is a statement such as Given: x; Prove: y. Was there anything like that? Without that this two column proof is quite pointless.

The point, kayleenxx, is that in copying the body of the proof, you've left out the most important point- the hypotheses and the conclusion. What are you "given" and what are you asked to prove? Often those will appear directly above the part you give actually with the words "Given" and "Prove".
