Hi all,

I'm a consultant in sunny CA and have a gig to provide some geometry problems for high school 9th and 10th graders who either don't speak English or who are learning. The students are mainly Chinese and Viet Namese with some Filipino and East Indians. They all speak their native languages perfectly well. Some are really smart and some not so.

I'm looking for some fun, easy and fairly "generic" problems that can be easily graphically displayed and which would stimulate the students' interest. Yes, I've looked at textbooks but the problems are all focused on the specific subjects the books have covered. I'd like some problems that are more general, relevant to kids their age if possible and "fun."

All help/suggestions/references appreciated.
