Thread: Dividing a triangle into 4 equal parts

I've been researching Bernoulli and have found over and over that he found a way to divide a triangle into 4 equal parts with 2 perpendicular lines, I cant find this proof anywhere, could someone please help me out? thanks

I know it's fascinating, but what I dont know is the way he proved it, there are tons of articles that say "his geometry result gave a construction to divide any triangle into four equal parts with two perpendicular lines" What I need is the actual method he used, the construction. Does anyone know this? because I sure can't find it anywhere online
