Thread: Circle, tangent, and end point

I have to take a math placement test in a week since I'm transferring to a new school and was doing the example test questions and got stuck on these:


It's been quite a while since I did most of these things, I got answers to them but, I'd like more of an in depth idea of what I am doing, haha.
