1. ## Angle bisectors

I have attached a scan of a desription of an angle bisectors equation and an example. It is missing some information. There are 2 equations obtained presumably the interior angle bisector and the exterior angle bisector. Which is which? I have plotted all 4 lines and I can't make any sense of it.

1. The given formula uses the definition of an angle bisector as the set of all points which have the same perpendicular distance to two intersecting straight lines.

2. All your calculations are OK.

3. I've used your results to draw the 4 lines: The 2 lines drawn in black, the angle bisectors in red and light-blue. They (the bisectors!) must be pperpendicular to each other.

3. The interior angle bisector is obtained by subtracting then it seems. I had some trouble displaying the graph with my program because the range made it look odd. Thats ok now. Thanks for the help.
