    help which one is not true

    im having trouble figuring out which statement is not true

    A)x/a = a/c
    B)x/a = a/y
    C)y/b = b/c
    D)x/h = h/y

    here my diagram

    I need some informations about the triangle:
    ---> a and A are refering to the length of the same side of the triangle?
    ---> what kind of triangle do you mean: isosceles right triangle, isosceles triangle, a more general triangle?
