    vectors

    Which statement is correct and why?

    \vec a + \vec b + \vec c= 0
    OR
    \vec a + \vec b + \vec c= \vec 0

    Second statement is correct, because it is a vector addition. And it should be equal to a null vector, if they represent the three sides of a triangle.
