    Section

    A wooden beam 16m long contains 16m^3. If its cross-section is a square, find the perimeter of the section.

    16.Area=16 m^3
    Area=1 m^2=area of the square=x^2

    x^2=1
    x=1 m

    Perimeter=1x4=4 m

    You are posting the problems without showing any attempts. At least you have to write down the relevant equations you have to use to solve the problem. We are not able to guess your level of understanding. We feel that you are giving home work to us.
