I may be mistaken, but it seems like there should be more information for each of those problems.
Im taking an online geometry course and myteacher was rather vague in explaining how to do these problems, any help at all on how to do them would be much appreciated as i rather need to know

On number 13, the altitude here is the geometric mean between each part of the hypotenuse. So, set up a proportion like this and solve. 4/x=x/5.
On number 15, Ab is the hypotenuse of the large triangle. Use 30-60-90 rules to find AC and then CB since the large triangle is a 30-60-90.
On number 17, OF=4 (half of 8) and OB=3 (half of 6). Use Pythagorean theorem to find EO in triangle BOE since it too is a right triangle.
