First of all, the big car is 64 times bigger than the toy
Thus, it should go 64 times faster than the toy
64*5 = 320 ft/sec

Now change units to mi/hr
320 ft/sec * 60sec/1min * 60min/1hr * 1mi/5280ft = 218 mi/hr
