Determine whether the lines are parallel, perpendicular, or neither. y=2x+ 4/3 and y= 3/4 -2x (4/3 and 3/4 are fractions)

The gradient of a line in the form y = mx + c is "m". Parallel lines have equal gradients. Perpendicualr lines have gradients which multiply to give -1. Anything else is neither.

If not they are not perpendicular. Are thier gradients the same? If not, then they are not parallel
So they would be neither because they don't. Thanks for your help!!!
