Actually no this isn't my homework. I took about an hour to type out those questions. There are about 200 questions that I have to do to study for a test and these are the ones that I am having trouble with. So if anyone could PLEASE help me it would be great. Thanks!

Too many questions in one thread. And the purpose of MHF is not to provide solutions to such a large volume of questions. You need to ask your teacher for solutions.
