    Triange side length questions

    I've been stumbling on this problem for awhile Image - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

    The teacher told me Side ST is the shortest and I've been wondering why it wouldn't be TU. Can anyone clear this up for me?

    the shortest side is opposite the smallest angle.

    the largest side is opposite the largest angle.
