It means the same traingle. Same shape. Not the same area.

Congurent when applied to two figures means all corresponding linear
dimensions and angles are equal.

Dot quite the same as equal; as figure and its mirror image may not be
"equal" as in indistingushable, but they are still congruent.

if it is congruent that means corresponding parts of the triangle are congruent (equal if you like)
so angel c is congruent to angle c'. so....
2x-10=3x-40
-x=-30
x=30
angle c= 2(30) -10
angle c = 50 degrees
