And I thought that the answer would be A since all modulus values are positive but the answer is really E which I don't get. Could someone please explain for me?

I thought that the answer would be A since all modulus values are positive
but since $|y| = |x|$ ALL VALUES ARE POSITIVE therefore
Think about this: $|2|=|-2|~,~|-2|=|-2|~,~|2|=|2|~,|-2|=|2|$ so the graph contains all of these points $(2,-2)~,~ (-2,-2)~,~ (2,2)~,~ (-2,2)$.
