    Graph of |y|=|x|

    I looked at the following question:

    And I thought that the answer would be A since all modulus values are positive but the answer is really E which I don't get. Could someone please explain for me?

    I thought that the answer would be A since all modulus values are positive
    but since  |y| = |x| ALL VALUES ARE POSITIVE therefore
    the answer is really E

    That answer depends upon the strict definition of graph.
    That is the set of all ordered pairs that satisfy a condition.
    Think about this: |2|=|-2|~,~|-2|=|-2|~,~|2|=|2|~,|-2|=|2| so the graph contains all of these points (2,-2)~,~ (-2,-2)~,~ (2,2)~,~ (-2,2).
