You can learn LaTex to use mathematics publishing on webpages.
Question 1 doesn't make much sense as written. They talk about choosing vowels first, then abandon this and talk about choosing consonants. But I believe your answer is correct.
Your answer to Question 2 seems correct also, although I don't quite know what a "spinner" is supposed to be. A roulette wheel? Anyway, I'd say you're right.
Your answer to Question 3 is correct.
As for Question 4, I'm a little confused by it myself, since I'm not sure whatis supposed to be in the formula. Let me think about it a while.
