the question states that there is a full m-ary tree, T, with 81 leaves & height 4. What are the lower & upper bounds of m & what is m if T is balanced?

I don't know how to find the upper & lower bounds, all I know is that m in this tree is equal to 3...

& I definitely don't understand how m would be any different if T were balanced...
