    How do I write:

    7 + 8 + 9 + ... + 137 using notation

    This can be done several ways: \sum\limits_{k = 1}^{131} {\left( {6 + k} \right)} = \sum\limits_{k = 6}^{136} {\left( {1 + k} \right)} .

    How about: . \sum^{137}_{n=7} n
