What Plato gave you should be enough to help you solve the problem. He gave you the pattern of the sequence for an arbitrary n value. Since you're looking for the 15th term of the sequence, you want to find $\displaystyle a_{15}$. And by the formula provided, what would that be?

from the formula given, you should have 1/(2^15) = 1/32768
