Can somebody help me to figure out whether 2 and 3 have different meanings ?

Q :
Consider 4 vowels (including a) and 8 consonants (including b)

1)How many 5 letters "words" containing 2 different vowels and 3 different consonants can be formed from the letters ?
2)How many of them contain 'b' ?
3)How many of them being with 'b' ?

Sorry, but (3) is not a grammatical English sentence. Is this the original wording of the question? If it is, you should consult the person who wrote it to explain its meaning.

Grandad says that because it's true. Do you mean How many of them begin with 'b'?

yeah There is a mistake in the question paper .

no need of answering just a simple Qn.
Actually I have never experienced such a fault on a Qn paper .
