Thread: adjacency matrices

I was just wondering if what i have done is correct, i have my doubts as other graphs i have seen have not looked like this, with all connections being two way

That looks correct to me. The adjacency matrix is symmetric, so you would expect all the arrows to be two-way.

Ok brilliant, thanks for the confirmation opalg, but i have never done the next two parts of this problem

I assume by A they mean the matrix, so i have to square the matrix? Ive never done this before could someone explain the method?

Im also totally clueless about the latter problem
