    1. Let U: = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9} be the universal set. Let A:= {1,4,5}, B:= {4,5,7}, C: {3,5,8,9}.

    a) list the elements of A^c
    b) list the elements of A – B -> answer A{1,4,5} - B{4,5,7} = {1,7}
    c) list the elements of B U C -> answer B{4,5,7} U C{3,5,8,9} = {3,4,7,8,9}
    d) list the elements of A^c B^c
    e) list the elements of A B C. -> answer A{1,4,5} B {4,5,7} C {3,5,8,9} = {1,3,7,8,9}
