Hi Math Help

I have gone thru the questions and have tried to do it and not sure whether
it is correct.
I have heaps of questions but this are the two that I am NOT SURE of. I am
comparing
notes that is all. By the end of the day answers provided may be useful I
still need to
use my discretion and judgement to see whether it answers to the question.
Discrete maths is
totally different to normal maths. Sometimes I think it is correct but it
is wrong when
explained by the teacher or others. So it is not using someone else's work as my own after all, I thought math forum is for people to ask any questions about maths.

Attached is what I have done correct me if I am wrong.
