This seems to be a very bad job of translation.
Is it possible that Logical sequence is the translation of recursive sequence?
If that is the case then perhaps top refers to the initial values of the recursion?

    Re: Logical sequence

So you are asking about the "topic" of "numerical sequences". That is really a very broad topic. A numerical sequence is any list of numbers. The list (sequence) may be finite (1, 3, 9, 18, 20 and then stop) or infinite (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32....). An infinite sequence my be determined by a simple formula (the previous sequence is given by "$\displaystyle a_n= 2^n$") or the numbers may be entirely random. An infinite sequence may converge or diverge. To "master" the topic, start by learning the definitions: http://portal.tpu.ru:7777/SHARED/k/K.../1_Basic_f.htm

    Re: Logical sequence

I think this is what I'm trying to say.

    Thank you Hallsoflvy!
You got what I'm trying to say, it's numerical sequence.

DenisB, Je parle de "Suite logique"
Please go easy on me, I never ever went to school as a child , and I'm at 30 now. I'm just self learner. I've been learning to program in php and Java and swift. but I feel like I always need to understand math. and I'm applying for a "Formation de licences en informatique" I've heard that there will be a numerical sequence test. that's why I want to understand this subject, how to learn it.

I've been googling but it's better with real people. I start learning and practicing Fibonacci sequenc, but it's seems like there are a lot of it.

I'm here for any help and resources that can help me learn and understand that subject. thanks you all.
