I need help with Maths formula.
See these numbers
1, 29, 210, 96, etc..
There are many such numbers
You can use helper numbers: 10, 563 (563 = total of the above numbers), or any other number you like
The answers are : 1, 1, 4, 25, etc..
How would you achieve this answers?
I have been trying for a solution for the past 1 month but I haven't found a way or no one was able to help me out.
Can you help me please?

This is the total numbers for which I need answers
1, 29, 210, 96, 3, 20, 29, 18, 5, 1, 54, 1, 4, 4, 4, 27, 1, 15, 17, 21, 3
The total of these numbers = 563
The above numbers might vary i.e. 1 can be 5 and 29 can be 8. But that is all abstract and we dont know what change might be there and when.
I am showing 10 numbers at one time. i.e. for the fist time I will show 1 - 10 out of 563 and for the second time I will show 11 - 20 out of 563 and the series goes on till 563 numbes are shown.
And note that to complete this process, I will loop for 56 times i.e. 563 / 10
I wanted to create a formula where in I can go directly into a specic number lot i.e. 1 - 56
So what I am doing here is
A. 1 / 10 = 0
B. 1 + 29 = 30 / 10 = 3
C. 1 + 29 + 210 = 240 / 10 = 24
You can see the answers 0, 3, 24 which actually corresponds to the ending number lot
for example scenario "C" the number lot starts from 31 - 240 and so the number lot answer should be 4 since it has crossed 1 - 10 , 11 - 20, 21 - 30, 31 - 40 (STARTED)
I hope I am clear, Please let me know if there is something more I am missing?
