    What is the converse of this?

    can someone explain to me what does converse mean and what is the converse of the following statement:

    The sum of two consecutive odd numbers is a multiple of 4.

    The converse of $P \rightarrow Q$ is $Q \rightarrow P$

    So the converse of

    "The sum of two consecutive odd numbers is a multiple of 4." is

    "A multiple of 4 is the sum of two consecutive odd numbers"

    P = n is the sum of two consecutive odd numbers

    Q = n is a multiple of 4
