A proof of the chain rule for formal power series
I had a question on one of my assignments which have have already been handed, but I skipped this question because I had no idea how to answer. So just out of curiosity I wanted to know how you could go about answering this question:

As a suggestion, I'd try substituting the F(x) into the x for G(x) and the G(x) into F(x) and then use the power rule where appropriate.
It would be very tedious, but I expect that this is what your lecturer would want.
