    Grad School Graph Theory?

I'm currently getting my masters in pure math, but I'm interested in getting my phd. I really enjoy graph theory, but the university I'm at now only has one prof who does it. I'm interested in finite graphs, and graph colouring. There are so many schools, I'm not sure where to start applying! Does anyone have any advice? I live in Canada, but I would also be open to going to the states, or somewhere in Europe (if they speak English).

You're planning to get a PhD in Mathematics without any background in French, German, or Russian?
