    Induction problem

    Prove by induction that n^3<n! for all n≤6.

    Can you even use induction for inequalities?

    i get this (n+1)^3 < (n+1)! ?...

    no, that is what you want to PROVE, assuming that n^3 < n!

    also i believe that you want to prove this for n ≥ 6, not n ≤ 6, as it is not true for n = 5:

    5^3 = 125, 5! = 120.
