    express the following propositions as logicall expressions

    let P be the proposition roses are red and Q be the proposition violets are blue express each of the following propositions as logical expressions:
    1)if roses are not red then violets are not blue.
    2)roses are red or violets are not blue

    let's write the first with brackets to make it easier:
    if (roses are red) then (violets are blue)

    so the sentence is of the form:
    if R then T

    now all you have to figure out is how R and T can be expressed with P and Q.try to do that.
