can someone give how the first number related to the second number

the first number minus the last four digits equal to 3632
7197 - 3565 = 6518 - 2886 = 7736 - 4104 = 3632

Unless someone just happens to recognize the series there are too many possible answers to give. There are any number of fit routines that will fit all three numbers, much less two of them. If you can it would be a good idea to provide some context for this problem. Even if it's just an assigned problem, let us know what chapter you found it in at least.
