    Permutations question

Hey guys, I'm having trouble with this question

Q: how many seven-letter words can be formed from the word INCLUDE, no repetition
    i) when vowels and consonants alternate
ii)when the letters N and D are separated by exactly two letters
iii) when the letter N and D are separated by more than two letters

    Thanks

You need to post something to show effort.
Here is part i) 3!\cdot4! because we can arrange the vowels in 3! leaving four places to put the others: _v_v_v_.
Now you tell something about the other two.
