I have some questions about queueing theory,

I have used queueing theory calculators however I couldn't understand how the results

came out so looked at the formula equations, however I couldn't understand

If my arrival rate is 4.6, with standard deviation of 3.2,

my service rate is 2.8 with standard deviation of 0.4 can anyone show me the

process of calculating average waiting time, probability of having more than 5

people waiting, for different number of servers???
