Thread: Find the Sum

Find the sum of all the distinct 4-digit numbers that have the property that their digits are among {1, 2, 3, 4, 5} and no digits appears twice in the same number.

Well, we know that 1 is going to appear in the thousands place 4*3*2 times. I'll leave the hint there. If you still struggle with it, let me know.

Okay so I should go through each number 1-5 to try and multiply them together to give me the answer? I honestly am not sure where to go with this still..... Thank you for your help. It is greatly appreciated!
