    Simplifying factorials?

    hey, could anybody please help me to simplify the following factorial and show how they did so?

     \frac{(2n+1)!}{(2n+3)!}=\frac{(2n+1)!}{(2n+3)(2n+2  )(2n+1)!}= \frac{1}{(2n+3)(2n+2)}
