    Question Number of lottery permutations?

Can anyone work out how many permutations there there would be if there were not more than 2 number selected from a row of 10 in the lotto numbers.
By this I mean not more than 2 of the 6 numbers in each of 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39 or 40-49.

    clarify..

Let me see if I understand this correctly......So you mean in each ten grouping, 20s, 30s, etc, no more than 2 numbers may be selected in each category? And is this is a lottery where you may choose six from numbers 1-49?

    To clarify

Yes that is correct, no more than 2 numbers in every group of 10 numbers and the lottery with 1-49 balls.

    Thanks for the reply
