How many arrangements in the word NUMBER begin and end with a vowel ??

Here are two $ENMBRU~\&~UNMBRE$.
Now count the middle four of each of those two.

and if there were 720 arrangements of the word NUMBER, how many of the arrangements be beginning and ending with a vowel ?

would it be like, there are 4 non vowel words, which could be arranged in 4!= 24 different ways, and there are 2 vowel words which could be arranged in 2!= 2 different ways. So, 24 X 2 = 48.... Am I correct ???
