    any good books to recommend?

Hi! I'm a newbie here from HK.
I think my reference books about discrete mathematics are really crap. They are discrete mathematics and its applications written by Rosen and discrete mathematics wrtten by Johnsonbaugh.

Could anyone tell me which book is highly recommended?
Also I prefer those which can teach us quantifiers which are long and complicated. Thanks.

Take a look at "Concrete Mathematics" by Graham, Knuth and Patashnik. The style is rather unusual but if it suits you then you'll find it a great reference.

There are at least two good, inexpensive Dover books out there:

Introductory Discrete Mathematics by V. K. Balakrishnan
A First Course in Discrete Mathematics by Bender and Williamson

The latter one was written this year and is one of the few Dover books to have never been published before.
