Carroll syllogism and sets

We have been doing some Carroll syllogisms in class lately using set notation to solve them, but I am stuck on this one...

a) When I work a homework problem without grumbling, you may be sure that is it one I can understand.

b) This problem is not clearly stated.

c) No easy homework problem ever makes my head ache.

d) I cannot understand problems that are not stated clearly.

e) I never grumble at a problem unless it gives me a headache.

Therefore....

Any help would be appreciated.
