~ how is this an equivalence relation?

Show that ~ is an equivalence relation. Show the following properties hold:
    a) ~ is reflexive: A~A for all Mmxn(F).
    b) ~ is symmetric: if A~B then also B~A
    c) ~ is transitive: given A,B,C such that A~B and B~C then also A~C

You haven't stated what the relation is

A tip: post ALL of the question and ALL of your working thus far, pointing out where you are stuck.
