    Discreet Math: Estate Division Q..

Hello. My name is Taylor, and I am an H.S. student in Honors Discreet Mathematics- yes I know this is the Uni forum, but I was unsure on where to put it, and this is the only subforum w/ a Discreet Math section.
    Anyhow, here is my Q:
How do you find the surplus cash amount in estate division?
Sorry if this is a bit basic, but I had to write down my notes VERY quickly- it was one of those deals where everyone in your class says they are done writing, and of course, you're not.. And too busy doing so to raise your hand.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Use internet search for: surplus cash amount in estate division

There will be lots & lots of refs.
Generally "surplus" is what's left AFTER allocated costs.
