Is it just 5 * 3! * 4!

Put the vowels in a box labelled X.

So now you have to arrange PSLNX: 5!

But the vowels in the box can be arranged: 3!

So the total number of arrangements is (5!)(3!) which is the same as your answer. So you are correct.
