The following set of data is to be "best fit" using a quadric (degree=2) B-Spline. The number of control points to be used is 5. Since there are more data points compared to control points a least squares bit fit solution is requiredl Assume the data points will be assigned to parametric (u) values that are spaced evenly from 0 to 1.

a) Specify an approprate knot vector.

b) Specifiy u values (locations) where the data points will be assigned for the "best fit".

c) Determine the control point locations. Note data is 2D (x and y coordinates only) so the z component of the csn be considered as zero for all control points.

d) Plot the data points and the best fit B-Spline curve
