    fundamental forms

    May I know if two surfaces have the same first fundamental form, hence it means isometric. does it mean second fundamental form and gaussian curvature would be the same?

    II is determined by the way of embedding to the ambient space.
    Gaussian curvature is intrinsic and determined by I.
