Writing this Equation, need help!
2. You transfer into a college with 60 credits. How long will it take you to graduate if you can only take 8 credits per semester? The number of credits needed to graduate is 128. Write an equation for the number of credits accumulated as a function of the number of semesters at the college.

Not sure how to go about doing this, any help would be great!.

This belongs in the pre-university forums.

$\text{credits}=60+8s$

Set equal to $128$ and solve for $s$.
