    Converges

    Prove If {xn} converges and {Yn} diverges, then {xn + yn} diverges.

    Prove first that if (x_n+y_n)_n converges and (x_n)_n converges, then (y_n)_n converges. (very simple)

    Then try to understand why this proves your initial claim. (you can try a proof by contradiction)
