    let A be a subset of R
    prove that x is a lower bound of A if and only if -x is a lower bound of -A

    This is your third post in a row about basically the same thing. Have you tried anything? What does "x is a lower bound of A" mean? If a is a member of A, what equation or inequality can you write?
