    Guessing this is about differential equations

    suppose that h(t)= δ(t-10)
    find the solution which satisfies the initial conditions x(0) =12 and x(0)=0

    The "solution" to what? And is δ the "Dirac delta function"?

    (My guess is that h(t) is the right side of some second order differential equation but it is impossible to answer this without knowing the entire differential equation!)
